I have known Charlene for more than a decade now and I have to say that she’s one of the most resilient people I know. We both moved to a country that we were not familiar with and Charlene has always shown me how one can overcome challenges that I may face. She greets each day with an open heart and burns with a passion to grow and overcome boundaries. She takes the time to listen to my own experiences, gives constructive input when it comes to my shortcomings, and celebrates each win with me no matter how big or small they may be. What can I say about Charlene? We met at work as both of our companies are in the same building and became fast friends. Professionally, she is one of, if not, the most hard-working and on-task human beings on this planet. She is very accommodating, patient, and makes sure all of your questions and concerns are addressed in the timeliest manner. As far as building and tenant related matters, she is definitely the "go-to" person to keep in mind. We also became friends due to mutual interests, as we are both Filipinos/foodies/movie buffs! Charlene is the type of person to listen to you and provide insight or advice. There is a stark difference in hearing/listening, and she definitely does the latter. Be it serious, deep conversations, or just talking about silly day to day occurrences, she has your back. And your front. Probably also your sides! She is a very supportive, uplifting human being and I consider myself lucky to call her one of my closest friends!
To say Charlene goes above and beyond is an understatement. She consistently shows determination and always strives to provide the best results in everything she does. Her willingness to help while also taking on the leadership roles just to make sure those around her succeeds.
